User experience is more of a feeling than a fine science. When a web site or application helps you find what you want, do what you want and get what you want you are going to feel good about it and likely return for more. It's something you don't have to think about at all, it just happens and it feels good. In our view, this is what great user interface design is all about - making things happen without having to think about them.
